How do credits work? Each 3D icon generation uses 1 credit. Credits never expire and can be used anytime. You can purchase credits in different packages - Starter (5 credits), Pro (25 credits), or Ultimate (100 credits).

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets through Stripe. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and many more.

Can I get a refund? We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used any credits. Once you've generated icons using your credits, refunds are not available as the AI processing has already been completed.

Do you offer bulk discounts? Yes! Our Ultimate package offers the best value per icon. For enterprise customers needing more than 100 icons, contact us for custom pricing and bulk discounts.

What file formats are supported? We support JPG, JPEG, and PNG image formats for uploads. The maximum file size is 5MB. Your generated 3D icons are provided in high-quality PNG format with transparent backgrounds.

How long does 3D icon generation take? Most 3D icons are generated within 10-30 seconds. Processing time may vary based on image complexity and server load. You'll see a progress indicator during generation.

What image quality works best? For best results, use clear, well-lit photos with good contrast. Images should be at least 512x512 pixels. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered images. Portrait-style photos work particularly well.

Can I use the icons for commercial purposes? Yes! Once you generate an icon, you have full commercial rights to use it in your projects, websites, apps, marketing materials, and any other commercial applications without restrictions.

How do I download my icons? After generation, you can download your icons directly from the interface. You can also access all your previously generated icons from your user dashboard. Icons are available in high-quality PNG format.

What happens if AI generation fails? If AI generation fails, you won't be charged a credit. Our system includes automatic fallback mechanisms, and you can always try generating again with different instructions or a different image.

Can I edit the generated icons? Yes! The generated icons are provided as standard PNG files, so you can edit them with any image editing software like Photoshop, GIMP, or online editors to further customize them.

Do you store my uploaded images? We temporarily store uploaded images for processing, but they are automatically deleted after 24 hours for privacy and security. Your generated icons are kept in your account for easy access.

How do I create an account? You can create an account by clicking "Login" and then "Sign Up". We support email registration and Google OAuth for quick signup. No credit card required to create an account.

Can I add custom instructions? Yes! You can provide custom instructions when generating icons, such as "make the hair red", "add sunglasses", or "change background to blue". This helps customize the output to your needs.
